Abstract:A302dayincubationtestwasconductedtoinvestigatetheeffectsoftreatmentsearthworm
(E),bacteria(Pseudomonasputida)(B)andearthworm2bacteria(BE)onthedegradationofsoil
phenanthrene.Thedegradationrateofsoilphenanthreneatitsinitialconcentrationof50mg¡¤kg
-1
wasinthesequenceofBE>B>E>CK,andthatattheconcentrationof150mg¡¤kg

was
98186%inBE,beingsignificantlyhigherthanthatinCKandE.Withtheincreaseoftheinitial
concentrationofsoilphenanthrene,thebacterialdioxygenaseactivityalmostdidnotchangeinB,
butincreasedsignificantlyinBE.Underthesameconcentrationofsoilphenanthrene,thephenan2
threnecontentinearthwormwassignificanthigherinBEthaninE,suggestingthatearthwormcould
decreasetheconcentrationofsoilphenanthreneviaitsbioaccumulation,andtheinteractionbetween
earthwormandP.putidacouldfurtherpromotethebiodegradationofsoilphenanthrene.
